What's been happening with me

Have you ever had a month that feels like you're cooking with a recipe where every single measurement is just slightly off? That's was March for me - a month where nothing felt quite right.

I had trouble waking up on time, trouble making it to the gym, trouble getting blog posts ready...March was trouble. But that's okay, I'm choosing to see March as a month of personal growth.

Because some months you're called a food expert by AllRecipes.com and Ideal Home, and other months (March months)...you're adding salt to your coffee while wondering "Hmm...what tastes different here?".

Coming up in April

Don't worry, bestie. Despite me being a little off my game in March, I've still managed to get some tasty recipes to share with you this month. It's started with an update to my Fluffy Pancakes recipe (more tips, new photos, and recipe video!), and I've got a few more fun recipes coming your way (brownies, potatoes, and more. Oh my!)
